Use of the Platform

TravFast provides a hotel booking engine for users to search, book, and manage hotel accommodations. As part of our ongoing development, we are also working to integrate additional travel services such as flights, transfers, and more. You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Account Responsibility

You may be required to create an account or receive access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and system architecture on the TravFast platform are the intellectual property of Darts Tourism LLC or its affiliates. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

Data Accuracy

TravFast aggregates data from trusted third-party suppliers, including hotel providers and—through upcoming integrations—other travel services such as flights and transfers. While we strive for accuracy, TravFast is not responsible for discrepancies in rates, availability, or content provided by external sources.

Third-Party Links & APIs

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., hotel suppliers, inventory providers, and future integrations with flight or transfer systems). TravFast is not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of these external systems.

System Availability

We aim to ensure reliable platform access; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary service outages.

Privacy & Data Use

Any data you provide will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy By using the platform, you consent to the collection and limited use of your information to improve our services and support platform functionality.

White-Label Model & Commercial Terms

TravFast operates under a flexible white-label model designed to empower partners through a revenue-sharing approach. Our platform is offered with a minimal guarantee fee, while actual charges are based on a percentage of the revenue generated through usage. Since revenue share terms may vary per partner, they will be defined individually. In cases where the expected revenue is not met, part of the guarantee fee may be applied to offset the shortfall. These terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement.

Modifications to Terms

TravFast reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
